Sunday Night After Church (SNAC) is an opportunity for all High School students to come together to build a positive Catholic Social Environment after the 6:00 Youth Mass. These activities are always accompanied by snacks and food as we know that many students may have been at Confirmation and then Mass. The LIFE (Leaders In Faith & Example) team is for High School students who are interested in taking a leadership role in Saint Mary's Youth Ministry Activities. These students will help plan, develop, and execute activities for their peers. This guided program gives teens the opporunity to learn event planning, responsibility, networking, and more. This group meets as needed.
The Savio Goretti Society is the service outlet for all youth grades 7-10. All students in religious education must participate in 1 or 2 service opportunities offered in the society throughout the year. However any students grades 7-12 who desire to serve the community can take advantage of any of the opportunities that we are offering. This group teaches that service is not an educational requirement but a part of our Christian lifestyle. This group has planning and reflection meetings once a month on Wednesday Nights.
Pizza & Prayer is for all High School students who wish to deepen their faith through prayer, scripture study, discussion, and fellowship. Each meeting time will include Pizza or some other scrumptious treat (usually voted upon ahead of time). This is a casual way for everyone to learn the powerful reality of God's love.
